2.
| (1) There shall be established a Council to be called the Homoeopathic Council (in this Act referred to as u the Council ") which shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Council under section 3. |

| (2) The Council shall, by the name assigned to it by sub section (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue or be sued in that name, and may hold, acquire and dispose of any property, movable or immovable. |
