Homoeopathy Act (No. 7 of 1970) - Sect 25

Registers

25.
(1) The Council shall keep and maintain in the prescribed form a general register and a provisional register for the registration of homoeopathic practitioners.
(2) The Registrar of the Council shall be responsible for keeping and maintaining the registers referred to in sub-section (1).
