30.
(1) An order made by the Council allowing the application of any person for registration as a homoeopathic practitioner shall take effect on the date specified in the order, and shall entitle that person to be registered with effect from that date in the general register of homoeopathic practitioners. It shall be the duty of the Registrar to enter the name of, and such particulars as may be prescribed relating to, such person in such register. |

(2) Where an order made by the Council cancelling the registration of any person as a homoeopathic practitioner takes effect, it shall be the duty of the Registrar to remove the name and particulars of that person from the general register, and the certificate of registration issued to such person shall be deemed to be cancelled, |

(3) Where an order made by the Council suspending the registration of any person as a homoeopathic practitioner takes effect, he shall not exercise or enjoy, during the period of such suspension, the rights and privileges conferred by this Act on a registered homoeopathic practitioner, and the certificate of registration issued to such person shall be deemed to be suspended during that period, |
