| 36. Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 35, no person who is not a registered homoeopathic practitioner shall be entitled to institute or maintain an action-at-law in any court for the recovery of any fees, charges or expenses of any description referred to in sub-section (2) of section 35. |
