Housing and Town Improvement (Amendment) Act (No. 3 of 1978) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 31 of Chapter 268

2. Section 31 of the Housing and Town Improvement Ordinance is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following subsection :-
" (2) The Minister may, if he considers necessary to do so, remove any person appointed as a member of the board from office without reason stated.".
