Housing Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 2003) - Sect 15

Amendment of Section 44 of the principal enactment

15. Section 44 of the principal enactment is hereby as follows:-
(a) by the insertion immediately before the definition of the expression Chairman of the following definition:-
(b) by the insertion immediately after the definition of the expression total authority" of the following definition -"Monetary Board" means the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of" Sri Lanka established under the Monetary Law Act, (Chapter 422).
