Housing Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka Act (No. 7 of 1997) - Sect 27

Rules of the Corporation

27.
(1) The Board may make rules dealing with matters not provided for by this Act which in the case of a company, formed under the Companies Act, No. 17 of 1982 would be dealt with by its articles of association.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the shareholders may by special resolution, amend or rescind any rule made under subsection (1) or add to the rules so made.
