Persons authorised Corporation
32. No person, other than a director or an officer of the Corporation expressly authorised by the Board and acting to act on behalf of within the limits of the authority so conferred on him, shall the have the authority to make, draw, accept or endorse any promissory note, bill of exchange, cheque or order for the payment of money in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation or to enter into any contract, so as to impose thereby any liability on the Corporation or otherwise to pledge the credit of the Corporation. |
