Section 22 of the Recovery of Loans by Banks (Special Provisions) Act, No. 4 of 1990, is hereby amended by the substitution, in the definition of "Bank", for the words and figures "Development Finance Corporation of Ceylon Act, (Chapter 165)", of the words and figures "Development Finance Corporation of Ceylon Act, (Chapter 165) and the Housing Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka established by the Housing Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka Act, No. 7 of 1997.". |
