Director to disclose interest in of Board

7.A director who is directly or indirectly interested in any contract proposed to be made by the Board shall disclose the nature of his interest at a meeting of the Board. The contract. disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes and such director shall not take part in any deliberation or decision of the Board with respect to such contract.
