| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by a Central Committee consisting of such number of members as may be provided for in such rules and elected in accordance therewith, |

| (2) The first Central Committee of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Central Committee of the Organization holding office on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act. |
