Hela Havula (Incorporation) Act (No. 38 of 1992) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the organization

7. All debts and liabilities of the Organization existing on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act, shall be paid and discharged By the Corporation and all debts due, and subscriptions and contributions payable, to the Organization shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
