| 2. The provisions of this Law shall apply to all premises provided by the Commissioner of National Housing (hereinafter referred to as the " Commissioner ") or a local authority or the Commissioner of Local Government or a public corporation for occupation by any person, whether such occupation is upon the payment of rent or not but shall not apply to Government quarters within the meaning of the Government Quarters (Recovery of Possession) Act, No. 7 of 1969. |
