| 2. The persons who, at the time of the coming into operation of this Act, are the members of the Susitha Wadana Samithiya of Hendala (hereinafter referred to as " the Samithiya ") and such other persons as are hereafter enrolled as members of the Samithiya shall be a body corporate (hereinafter referred to as the " Corporation ") with perpetual succession and a common seal and the name of " Susitha Wadana Samithiya of Hendala ". |
