| 5. The seal of the Corporation may be altered at the pleasure of the Corporation. It shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of three persons who are members of the Committee administering the affairs of the Corporation and who have been duly authorized for the purpose under the rules of the Corporation. Such persons shall sign their names in token of their presence and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any other person as a witness. |
