Indemnity (Amendment) Act (No. 60 of 1988) - Sect 4

Addition of new section 3 in the principal enactment

4. The following new section is hereby added immediately after section 2 of the principal enactment, and shall have effect as section 3 of that enactment:
3. For the purposes of this Act " relevant date " means the day preceding the date on which the provisions of this section comes into force.'.
