| 23. The Imports and Exports (Control.) Act (Cap. 286) is hereby repealed: Provided, however, that notwithstanding such repeal every licence issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act and having effect immediately prior to the date on which this Act comes into operation shall be deemed to be a licence issued under this Act and shall continue to have effect accordingly. |
