Industrial Disputes Act (No. 27 of 1966) - Sect 77

Act not to apply to the Crown or Government or employees of Crown or Government

49. Nothing in this Act shall apply to or in relation to the Crown or the Government in its capacity as employer, or to or in relation to a workman in the employment of the Crown or the Government.
