Industrial Development Act (No. 36 of 1969) - Sect 52

Exemption from provisions of certain Ordinances

52.
(1) The Minister who for the time being is in charge of the subject of Crown lands may, by Order published in the Gazette, exempt the Board from any such provision of any of the following Ordinances as may be specified in the Order:-
(2) An Order made and published under sub-section (1) shall have the force of law.
