International Friendship, Educational, Cultural And Social Services Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 30 of 2000) - Sect 4

Powers of the Corporation

4. Subject to the provisions of this Act and any other written law, the Corporation shall have the power -
(a) to appoint officers and servants and to dismiss or terminate the services of, officers and servants necessary for the attainment of the objects of the Corporation and to pay them remuneration and to maintain proper discipline in respect of them ;
(b) to obtain or collect grants or donations from sources in Sri Lanka or abroad ;
(c) to establish local and foreign branches, for the accomplishment of the objects of the Corporation ;
