Institute Of Biology, Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 22 of 1984) - Sect 9

Debts due by and payable to the Institute

9. All debts and liabilities of the Institute existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid or discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due to, and subscriptions and fees payable to, the Institute shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
