All debts and liabilities of the Institute of Engineers, Ceylon, existing at the date of coming into operation of this Act shall be paid or discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due and subscriptions, contributions and fees payable to the said Institute of Engineers, Ceylon, shall be paid to the Corporation. |
