Institute Of Engineering Diplomates, Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 64 of 1992) - Sect 10

Debts due by the payable to the Institute

10. All debts and liabilities of the Institute existing on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts due to and subscriptions, contributions and fees pay- able to the Institute on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purpose of this Act.
