Institute Of Mass Communication (Incorporation) Act (No. 55 of 1998) - Sect 12

Liabilities of members of the corporation

12. No member of the corporation shall for the purpose of discharging and liabilities of the corporation or for any other purpose, be liable to make any contribution towards discharging such debts and liabilities exceeding the amount of such annual subscription as may be due from him to the corporation.
