Institute of Physics, Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 12 of 1986) - Sect 9

Debts due by and payable to the Institute

9. All debts and liabilities of the Institute existing on the date immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid or discharged by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to, and subscriptions and fees payable to, the Institute shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
