Industrial Promotion Act (No. 46 of 1990) - Sect 16

Regional Industry Service Committees

16.
(1) The Minister shall in consultation with the Chief Minister of each Province determine regions within such province for the purpose of facilitating industrial development in that Province.
(2) There shall be appointed for each region determined under subsection (1) a Committee which shall fee called the; Regional Industry Service Committee. Such Committee shall be appointed by the Minister in consultation with the Chief Minister of the Province in which such region is situated.
