Industrial Products (Amendment) Act (No. 69 of 1961) - Sect 6

Retrospective effect of amendments. [ 2, 53 of 1956.] [ 6, 69 of 1961.]

6. The amendments made in the principal Act by the preceding provisions of this Act, other than paragraph (a) of section 2, shall be deemed to have taken effect on the date of commencement of the principal Act.
