Saving of certain refunds made under the principal Act. [ 8, 69 of 1961.]
9. Nothing in the provisions of Act No. 69 of 1961, or in the provisions of the principal Act as amended by Act No. 69 of 1961, shall be deemed or construed to prejudice or affect any refund of the price paid for any local product actually made to any person under the principal Act prior to the date of the commencement of Act No. 69 of 1961, and accordingly the Controller shall not be entitled to claim that any money so refunded shall be returned by reason only of the aforesaid provisions. |
