Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 2004) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 3 of Act No.38 of 2000

2. Section 3 of the Inland Revenue Act No. 38 of 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") as amended by Act. No. 10 of 2002, is hereby further amended as follows:"
(1) in paragraph (h) of that section, by the substitution for the words "March 31, 2002". of the words "March 31, 2002; and"; and
(2) by the insertion immediately after paragraph (h) of that section, of the following new paragraph :"
(h) winnings from a lottery , betting or gambling; and".
