Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 2004) - Sect 28

Amendment of section 91 of the principal enactment

28. Section 91 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words "equal to fifteen per centum of the amount of such pavement of the words "at the rate specified in the Sixth Schedule to this Act.".
