Amendment of section 122B of the principal enactment

39. section 122B of the principal enactment is hereby Amendment of amended in subsection (2) of that subsection, by the section 122B of substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words enactment "similar facility or financial instrument" , of the words "similar facility.
