Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

5. Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of that section by the substitution, for the figures "17, 18, 19, 20, 21", of the figures "17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 20A, 21".
