6. Section 20 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of that section as follows:-
| (a) in sub-paragraph (ii) of that paragraph by the substitution for the expression" but prior to March 31, 1983,", of the expression" but prior to March 31, 1983 ; or" ; 'and |

| (b) by the insertion immediately after sub-paragraph (ii) of that paragraph, of the following sub-paragraph :
| | "(iii) the provision for payment in foreign currency, of the services of ship repair, ship breaking, repair and refurbishment of marine cargo containers, provision of computer soft ware, computer programmes, computer systems or recording computer data, if such company common s to provide such services on or after April 1, 1984, but prior to March 31, 1989, and is approved by the Minister, by Order published in the Gazette.
