Amendment of the first Schedule to the principal enactment

29. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows : "
(1) in Part II E of that Schedule by the substitution, for the words and figures ''The rates of income tax for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1992, shall be as follows of the words and figures " The rates of income tax for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1992, but prior to April 1, 1994, shall be as follows :-
(2) by the insertion immediately after Part IIE of that Schedule, of the following Part: "
