Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 21 of 1994) - Sect 31

Amendment of the third Schedule to the principal enactment

31. The Third Schedule to the principal enactment to hereby amended as follows :"
(1) by the substitution, in paragraph 1 of that Schedule for the words and figures from " For any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1993" "to the end of that paragraph of the following words and figures :"
(2) by the substitution for paragraph 9 of that Schedule of the following paragraph :
(3) in paragraph 11 of that Schedule"
(i) by the substitution in sub-paragraph (d) of that paragraph for the words and figures " for any year assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1998 ". of the words and figures "'for the year of assessment commencing on April L 1993 " ;
(ii) by the addition immediately after sub-paragraph id) of that paragraph of the following sub
" (e) for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1994"
