Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 24 of 1980) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

12. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows:
(a) in paragraph (a) of that subsection, by the substitution, for the words and figures " on or after April 1, 1980 ; ", of the words and figures " on or after April , 1981 ; " ;
(b) in paragraph (b) of that subsection, by the substitution, for the words and figures " on or after April 1, 1980 ;", of the words and figures " on or after April 1, 1981; " ;
(c) in paragraph (b) of that subsection, by the substitution, for the words and figures " prior to April 1, 1980,", of the words and figures " prior to April 1, 1981; " ; and
(d) in paragraph (e) of that subsection (i) by the substitution, for the words and figures " on or after April 1, 1980, ", of the words and figures " on or after April 1, 1981" ; and (ii) by the substitution, for the words and figures "prior to April 1, 1980", wherever those words and figures occur in that paragraph, of the words and figures " prior to April 1,1981".
