Section 113c of the principal enactment inserted by Act, No. 56 of 1985 is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (4) by the substitution for the words "the interest paid by it, in any year of assessment, to persons chargeable with income tax under this Act", of the words "the interest paid to any person in any year of assessment". |
