Insertion of new section 6A in the principal Act

5.
(1) The following section is hereby inserted immediately after section 6, and shall have effect as section 6A, of the principal Act:-
6A.
(1) The provisions of sub-section (2) of this section shall apply to any person who has entered into a contract-
