Amendment of section 113 of the principal enactment

32. Section 113 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for air the words from " 5. A non-resident person. The agent or attorney of such person in Sri Lanka" to " appointed by the President or by a Minister ", of the words "5. A non-resident person The agent on attorney of such person in Sri Lanka.".
