Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 31 of 1971) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 95 of the principal Act

13. Section 95 of the principal Act is hereby amended in sub-section (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the word " charged.", of the following: -" charged:Provided that where such notice is given to an employer under the provisions of Chapter XIIIA, it shall be sufficient to state therein the amount of tax charged. ".
