Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 31 of 1971) - Sect 16

Amendment of section 108 of the principal Act

16. Section 108 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words " includes any sum ", of the words " includes any tax which an employer is required to pay under the provisions of Chapter XXIIA and any sum added to such tax by reason of default, any sum ".
