Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 31 of 1971) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 13 of the principal Act

4. Section 13 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (2) of that section, of the following new subsection: -
" (3) Nothing in the preceding provisions of this section shall apply to any person who ceases to carry on or exercise an employment on or after April 1, 1970. ".
