Amendment of section 73A of the principal Act

11. Section 73A of the principal Act, as amended by Act No. 26 of 1968 and Act No. 6 of 1969, is hereby further amended by the substitution, for the expression " April 1, 1970,", of the expression " April 1, 1973,".
