Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 35 of 1993) - Sect 22

Retrospective effect

22.
(1) Where any company referred to in section 22DDD of the principal enactment is approved by the Minister before April 1, 1993, and notice of such approval is published in the Gazette within one month of the date of. commencement of this Act, such company shall be deemed for all purposes to have been approved by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette, before April 1, 1993.
(2) The amendment to section 113A Of the principal enactment made by section 16 of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes to have came into force on April 1, 1993.
