43. Section 70 of the principal enactment is hereby Amendment of amended by the addition immediately after subsection (3) of that section of the following subsection :"
| "(4) Any unit trust or mutual fund which engages in the business of investing in shares, securities or other investments in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act, No. 36 of 1987, or any regulation or rule made there under . such unit trust or mutual fund shall be a unit trust or mutual fund which invest in specified areas for the purpose of this Act.". |
