Section 54 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of that section by substitution, for the words and figures " Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 ; ", of the words and figures " Universities Act, No. 16 of 1978 or to the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka and any Higher Educational Institution established by or under the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka Act, No. 74 of 1981;". |
