Section 22DDD of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution. for the words " any company approved for the purposes of this section by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette and'', of the words and figures " any company which commenced to carry on business on or after January 1, 1990 and which is approved for the purposes of this section by the Minister by notice published in the Gazette, before April 1, 1992 and". |
