Amendment of section 92 of the principal enactment
25. Section 92 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that section of the following subsection :-
"(9) For the purpose of this section the expression 'document' includes any diskette, tape, compact disc or any other thing in which any computer programme or data is stored or recorded in codified form or electronic, magnatic or other medium.".
