Section 55 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, in paragraph (a) of that subsection, for the words " before the end of that year of assessment, ", of the words "but before the end of that year of assessment or in the case of the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1985, before November 13, 1985,". |
