Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 56 of 1985) - Sect 19

Amendment of the First Schedule of the principal enactment

19. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) in Part IIB of that Schedule, by the substitution, for the expression " for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1. 1885 ". of the expression " for the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1985 " ; and
(2) by the insertion, immediately after Part IIB of that Schedule, of the following Part;-
